Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
Endeavour Solar warrants that all products and equipment supplied are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the period specified by the manufacturer. This warranty applies to products installed and maintained according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and our instructions.
2. Warranty Period
Solar Panels: Manufacturer’s warranty (typically 10–25 years for performance, 10 years for product).
Solar Inverters: Manufacturer’s warranty (typically 5–10 years).
Batteries: Manufacturer’s warranty (typically 5–10 years).
Installation Services: 12-month workmanship warranty.

3. What is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials, and defects in installation (for workmanship warranty).
4. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, natural disasters, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear.
5. Making a Warranty Claim

6. Remedies
If a valid warranty claim is made, Endeavour Solar may, at its discretion: repair the product, replace the product, or provide a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from a product defect.
7. Consumer Rights
This warranty does not limit your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including guarantees for acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and description. You are entitled to a remedy for a major failure or compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
8. Changes to Warranty
Endeavour Solar may update or modify this Warranty Policy. Any updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
