1. Ordering Products or Services
Orders can be placed via our website, email, phone, or in-person. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase under these terms. Endeavour Solar may accept or reject any order at its discretion.

Full payment or a specified deposit may be required before processing orders or installations. Payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD). If payment is not received or fails, Endeavour Solar reserves the right to cancel or delay your order.

Prices are displayed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Errors may occur; if so, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.
5. Taxes and Fees
Prices include applicable Australian taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Delivery or installation charges will be communicated before purchase.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies under the ACL for faulty products or services not meeting guarantees.
7. Payment Security
We use secure SSL encryption for all online payments. Payment information is not stored on our servers beyond what is required to process your order.

If you use PayPal, Google Pay, or other third-party processors, their terms and privacy policies apply. Endeavour Solar is not responsible for errors, losses, or fees incurred through third-party processors.
